Athletes will be led through progressions and perform movements for timed periods during a 5 minute EMOM.
20 minute EMOM
Min 1: 14-24 sec Hold top of Pullup / ring row
Min 2: 15 box jumps
Min 3: 45 second handstand hold
Min 4: 15/12 calorie row
Min 5: 22 Second bottom of dip hold
