Andre Crews

Andre earned his BSBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and spent the first 3 years of his career as a corporate banker analyzing financial statements and entertaining clients. He led an unhealthy lifestyle eating out and drinking nearly every night. The six pack he has today was covered in a layer of beer and bacon cheeseburgers. Eventually he had enough and left banking to pursue his passion. 


Andre spent his first year as a personal trainer at an LA Fitness earning a fourth of what he made as a banker. He then spent 2 years at Equinox in Manhattan. But he didn't truly feel at home in the fitness industry until he joined the team at CrossFit Union Square. Surrounded by elite level athletes and coaches, Andre fine tuned his coaching skills and took his fitness to a new level. And the community of members made it a genuine pleasure to work and train there everyday. 


Although he worked in Manhattan, Andre lives in New Jersey with his wife Sinead and golden retriever Hawley. He discovered an underserved CrossFit populace in Downtown Jersey City. So he created 150 Bay CrossFit to bring a world class facility and community to the area!

Desi Davar-Dromard

Desi grew up in Southern California and began dancing at an early age with her mother. She has performed on stages across the world as well as in NYC on Broadway! As a life-long dancer and performer, she constantly sought new ways to enhance her physical strength, balance, agility and body composition. She was introduced to CrossFit over three years ago by her husband Nic, who is also a CrossFit coach, and has been hooked ever since! Desi strives to help CrossFitters with their mobility, flexibility, overall body awareness, and strength while maintaining a strong, healthy life.

Nicolas Dromard


Nicolas grew up in Canada where he dabbled in everything, from music to dance to sports. After trying a CrossFit class that one of his friends invited him to, he was hooked! Now Nicolas strives to inspire, motivate and help people achieve their 

fitness goals by using his endless energy. 


When he is not coaching, Nicolas loves spending time with his wife Desiree. Their kids will come out singing, dancing and throwing heavy barbells all over the house!


Nicolas is excited to be coaching at 150 Bay CrossFit and helping members get stronger, fitter and lead healthier lives.

Kevin Dublin

Former Football player, turned CrossFitter. Kolossal Kev enjoys all aspects of CrossFit and it’s awesome community! He loves coaching athletes to reach their full athletic potential!


Kevin is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. His training philosophy: hip hop and barbells just go together like peanut butter and jelly!!! His favorite workout is “Jackie” & favorite lift is the power clean!!! 

Kim Hamilton

Kim has been a part of CrossFit since she competed in her first competition in 2008. She has witnessed the transformation of the sport and the direct impact the CrossFit style of training has had on the fitness industry. Although they have tried, no one has been able to emulate the adrenaline, the passion, and the camaraderie that comes from the CrossFit community.

Kim has had the opportunity to train clients and athletes in various populations. She laid the foundation for the CrossFit Kids program at CrossFit Rehoboth in Delaware and ran it for 3 years. She also helped pioneer the CFKids program at CrossFit Pallas in Ithaca, New York. She additionally worked as an Assistant to the Strength & Conditioning Coaching team at Cornell University. She LOVES coaching! She wants to  empower clients to gain confidence in functional movements and to push them to thrive to be the best they can be!
