Programming

Our New Year Strength Cycle will begin Monday January 8th when everyone is back from holiday travel and after we’ve all had a full week to recover from our NYE celebrations ;)

The training focus will be improved strength, technique, and work capacity in cleans, overhead presses, squats, deadlifts, and snatches.

We will also shift gears in our metabolic conditioning workouts to increased volume and decreased rest to prepare for the CrossFit Open in February.
