We are in the final week of our New Year Strength Cycle! We’ll be testing our 1 Rep Max on Push Press, Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift!

New Class Alert

By popular demand, we will now offer 12pm class on Thursdays led by the amazing Coach Alexandra aka Coach Cash! The inaugural Thursday class will be this coming week on February 22! As always, please book yourself in advance in the Xplor app!

CrossFit Kids starting Monday March 4th

Coach Cash will also be leading the charge with our new Kids Program! Kids Class will be Mondays at 5pm for 45 minutes.

Ideal age range is 8-12. Exceptions can be made based on child maturity. Classes will be capped at 12 kids.

She will lead a free meet and greet on Wednesday 2.28 at 5pm!

Kids Class Cost will be $40/class or 5 for $160

CrossFit Open Community Fun!

We will be doing the CrossFit Open workouts as a community on Saturdays March 2, March 9 and March 16 starting at 9 AM

Everyone in attendance will get a free battle bar and coffee! And top performing athletes will win different prizes each week including protein, apparel, and bragging rights! Top performing athletes from the three weeks will receive a championship belt!
