CrossFit Open Update

Welcome to the final week of the CrossFit Open!

Over the weekend athletes raced a 20 minute clock to complete as many rounds as possible of:

300m Row

10 Deadlifts

50 Double Unders

So this week in our workout programming we will continue working on movements that we are likely to see in the remaining CrossFit Open workout with an emphasis on volume and conditioning!

And whether you did 24.2 with us on Saturday or not, we’ll be doing the last Open workout  this Saturday 3.16.24 as a community starting at 9am with free coffee and battle bars for all in attendance!
