New Member Jump Start Class

Welcome to all of our new friends in the community!

Our New Jump Start Class is offered Wednesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 11am.

This class is designed for new folks to learn basic foundational movements in a smaller group setting to help you feel more comfortable in class! We highly recommend new members with no CrossFit experience to take this as their first class before taking regular CrossFit class.

You can also feel free to take more than once to get more practice with Coach guidance!
